Arijit - Co-founder & Chief Executive Dimer (CED)

Arijit is the Chief Executive Officer of Repodime, leading the company's strategic vision and driving its growth and innovation.

Arijit is a Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), bringing a strong financial acumen to his role. However, despite his accounting background, Arijit is also a passionate technophile, constantly exploring the latest advancements in technology and how they can be leveraged to transform industries.

Over the course of his diverse career, Arijit has gained extensive experience working across a range of industries, including power, digital and print media, and information technology. He has held positions at both Indian companies and multinational organizations, giving him a unique perspective on global business practices and market trends.

Prior to co-founding Repodime he held roles at a multinational IT Product company and a prominent media group , honing his expertise in digital transformation and technology-driven solutions.

Anindita - Co- Founder, Chief Accounting Dimer (CAD) & VP of Product

Anindita is the Chief Accounting Officer at Repodime, bringing expertise in financial management, corporate governance, accounting and company law.

She is a Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), as well as a Company Secretary (CS) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

She has a proven track record of successfully navigating complex financial and regulatory landscapes. Prior to co-founding Repodime, she held various cardinal positions in the information technology, banking, consulting, and assurance sectors. She worked at a leading public sector bank in India, where she was an important member of the Risk management department. She also gained valuable experience at global professional services firms, where she provided audit, advisory, and accounting services to a diverse range of clients.
